ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
“Human stories have always fascinated me.
There are more than eight billion people in the world—that's more than eight billion different stories.
We're surrounded by extraordinary stories every single day. Most simply haven't been noticed yet.
With every person carrying a story, I'm interested in the moment before the rest of the world discovers it.”
— Siria Contreras
Siria Contreras has always been fascinated by the moment before everything changes.
The conversation before the breakthrough. Those formative years which determine what will drive us. The pressure cooker moments that define us.
The rehearsal before opening night. The athlete before the world knows their name. The quiet decisions that eventually become history.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of helping audiences discover stories across film, television, music, sports, and live entertainment. From iconic television series and global sporting events to streaming platforms and cultural experiences, one question has remained constant:
Why do certain stories stay with us?
What makes an audience member so invested in a story that they go from being an observer to a fan?
The answer is that it has never been about celebrity nor the platform on which the story is shared.
It is about storytelling and the human experience.
It's always been people. The person. Their journey. The connection. Their story.
For more than twenty years, Siria has led teams, campaigns, and launches at the intersection of audience, culture, strategy, and storytelling—helping brands, creators, and entertainment companies build deeper connections with the people they serve. That experience eventually led me to create Ambassador Road: a home for stories about becoming.
Her talent has been pivotal at some of the top entertainment companies such as At&t, CBS, Live Nation/House of Blues, NBC, STARZ, and more. I have also produced campaigns, content, and events for Adidas, La Liga (for DIRECTV), Real Madrid, and others.
Her expertise across streaming, broadcast, digital platforms, social media, and experiential has made her a rare type of director, producer, and strategy-driven entertainment executive for whom a 369 view of entertainment comes naturally.
High-profile launches have become a part of her unique footprint, having been a part of the small launch and founding team of CBS All Access, now known as Paramount+, and led the digital and social launch of Lionsgate+. She also launched The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien, and The Late Late Show with James Corden
My experience includes some of your favorite all-time shows (The Office, 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, NCIS, CSI, The Good Wife, Power, The Great, Gaslit, P-Valley, Outlander, Nacho). She has also worked on multiple Emmys, GRAMMY Awards, Golden Globes, The Masters Tournament, Super Bowls, and World Cups, as well as live music specials like Governor’s Ball.
Siria believes the greatest stories aren't simply about watching history happen; they're about meeting the people quietly becoming history while no one yet knows how the story ends.
